Open Water Counseling and Recovery, LLC was founded by Thomas Dewey in Warren, OH with a desire to produce change, one person at a time, in a community saturated with mental health and addiction issues. Thomas is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with a focus in addiction, dual diagnosis, and geriatric mental health. As one who has experienced the joys of recovery and emotional health, he strives to offer empathy, understanding, and a clear direction towards a solution.
